Promptly is a patient experience platform built for specialty medical practices. Their software helps healthcare providers automate behind-the-scenes work like billing, insurance, and scheduling so the providers can focus more of their time on caring for patients.

This brand film tells the story of how the company came to be and how they are changing the healthcare landscape. Everything was filmed on location in the client’s home in New Jersey, which featured big windows with lots of natural light. We added light fixtures to motivate the light coming in from the windows and add more shape to the talent, giving a clean, natural look that elevated what was already there. In the edit, we brought in music and brand elements that matched the client’s voice and tone, and kept things straightforward so the story would be easy for viewers to understand. The final deliverables consisted of the main film (shown above), and a library of additional video assets for placements across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
